People Going Places — Coaching Circles
This biweekly coaching circle is for men and women who want to lead fulfilling lives. It matters not whether you want to lead in your personal or professional life, this circle will meet your needs.
You will get to focus on the gap between where you are and where you want to be. You will learn how you get in your own way and more importantly, how to get out of your own way. The circle meets bi-weekly with individual coaching calls on the in-between weeks.
As coaches, we will hold the focus of your agenda in the circle and individual coaching. Your progress will be supported in your bi-weekly coaching calls and you will apply your new skills to situations as they arise. This anchors the learning as it relates to your life. We will train you in self-awareness, your decision making process as well as living from choice.
Coaching is currently the most effective tool for personal or professional development and is used by people in many areas. Reports in business show that training people increases effectiveness by 28% and training followed by coaching increases effectiveness by 88%.
