At Relationship Excellence we believe that if you want to learn something, study with someone who has developed mastery in their life.
We have an amazing capacity to merge the human being with the human doing and as a result we lose sight of where we are headed. This is part of the human experience. We all get stuck from time to time. What matters next is the steps you take. “When the pain of being stuck is worse than the fear of change we will take action”.
Your Relationship Excellence coach acts as a guide on the journey to challenge, champion and to reflect back parts of your process enabling you to find your own answers to create the breakthrough you want.
Relationship Excellence Coaching is a tool that will provide you, as well as people in your team, with the insight, support and focus to bring all parts of the individual into their work. Your coach will “hold the space” for you to discover your deeper truth and encourage you to live and work from that deep connected place.
Within Relationship Excellence Coaching, nobody gets to be wrong. Our attachment to being “right” creates most of our human conflict. If I am “right” then by virtue, you are “wrong”.
