Sessions
For the past four years Owen has been offering Coaching to Professionals, Individuals and Couples over the phone, via iChat on Apple technology or through Skype. Using Broadband technology eliminates the expense of long distance charges making Owen accessible to international clients.

The initial session is often up to two hours in duration. The Coach and Client work to design the relationship, establish goals and develop a series of steps to achieve the desired results.
The client makes a weekly call to the Coach at a pre-agreed time. For optimum results we recommend a minimum of two hours a month for a four month period with the time allotted in thirty, forty or fifty minute sessions as needed, designed to support the client goals. Many clients continue to benefit from regular ongoing sessions as they continue to develop and grow.
